Very good and enjoyable lecture with many valid points that somehow also summarizes this course. I really like your pragmatic views when discussing Germanys role that is often emotionally charged and non pragmatic. The outlooks are also interesting assumptions of which I haven´t thought this way and we will see what will happen. If you talk about a working core €-zone, what would be the theoretical economic indicators for its functioning? Does the size and strenght of a national economy really play a key role?
Hi Tyler: 15 months after this speech, would you still stand by your predictions regarding Greece (maybe with a different timing), Portugal and to a lesser extent Spain leaving the Euro?
